Lemon Crumb Cake - simple, yet so delicious. This lemony-tart Duncan Hines Lemon Cake with sugary-sweet topping is the perfect complement to afternoon tea, Sunday brunch, or relaxing on your sun-filled porch.
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Lemon Cake Mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a 13x9-inch pan.
- Combine cake mix, eggs, water and oil in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
- Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in a small bowl. Cut butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over batter.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.

If you like easy recipes that taste great and aren't overly sweet, than this is the cake for you! Best of all it comes out the oven ready to eat!

This one sounds really good . When it is not too sweet we get to eat more ourselves. Best to make two then.
