A classic cobbler made from Duncan Hines Golden Yellow Cake Mix with an added zing from the cranberry and peach fusion. Try this mouth-watering Pilgrim's Cranberry-Peach Cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- 1 (21 oz) can peach pie filling
- 1 (16 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Golden Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- vanilla ice cream
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Spread pie filling and cranberry sauce evenly in bottom of prepared pan.
- Combine cake mix and spices in medium bowl. Cut in margarine with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned and set. Cool slightly. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.

I plan to bake two for our annual Thanksgiving Bake Sale. Makes a nice change from pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving Dinner dessert.
